Chitose Salmon Aquarium

One of Japan’s largest freshwater aquariums, it also has the first underwater observation room in Japan, where you can look straight into the Chitose River and its underwater native species, and observe the ecology of salmon and various freshwater fish from the northern hemisphere, as well as the indigenous species of the Chitose River.
