館内の各増設および改修工事のお知らせ

平素よりANAクラウンプラザホテル千歳をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、お客様により快適で安全な環境をご提供するため、以下の工事および法定点検を実施いたします。

　1. 防犯カメラ増設工事
　工事期間: 2024年9月4日（水）～9月16日（月・祝）
　お客様の安全とセキュリティを一層強化するため、ホテル内の防犯カメラの増設工事を行います。
　万が一の際に迅速かつ的確な対応を行う体制の向上を目的としております。
 
　2. 館内Wi-Fi増設工事
　工事期間:2024年9月9日（月）～9月25日（水）
　皆様により快適なインターネット環境をご提供するため、館内Wi-Fi設備の増設工事を実施いたします。
　工事期間中は、一部エリアでの接続が不安定になる可能性がございます。
 
　3. タワー棟 2階改装工事
　工事期間: 2024年9月22日（日）～10月31日（木）
　タワー棟 2階の一部エリアにおいて改装工事を行います。工事中は、騒音や振動、ならびに一部エリアでの
　通行規制などが生じる場合がございます。

お客様には大変ご不便をおかけいたしますが、より良いサービス提供のための取り組みで
ございますので、ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

改装後は、より快適な環境でお客様をお迎えできるよう努めてまいりますので、
今後とも変わらぬご愛顧をお願い申し上げます。

Notice of Facility Expansions and Renovation Work

Dear Our Valued Guest,

Thank you for your continued patronage of ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Chitose.
In our ongoing efforts to provide a more comfortable and secure environment, we will be conducting the following work and inspections:

Security Camera Expansion Work
Scheduled Period: Wednesday, September 4, 2024 to Monday, September 16, 2024 (Holiday)
To further enhance the safety and security of our guests, we will be installing additional security cameras throughout the hotel. This expansion is intended to improve our ability to respond
promptly and effectively in case of emergencies.
 
Wi-Fi System Expansion Work
Scheduled Period: Monday, September 9, 2024 to Wednesday, September 25, 2024
To offer you a more reliable internet connection, we will be expanding the Wi-Fi system within the hotel. Please note that during the construction period, there may be brief disruptions in
connectivity in certain areas.
 
Chitose Tower 2nd Floor Renovation Work
Scheduled Period: Sunday, September 22, 2024 to Thursday, October 31, 2024
Renovations will be conducted in specific areas on the 2nd floor of the Chitose Tower. During this time, you may experience some noise, vibrations, and restricted access to certain areas.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these improvements may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We are confident that these upgrades will allow us to provide you with an even better experience in the near future. Thank you for your continued support and patronage.
