Here is a summary of FAQs about staying at and using the hotel.

Q.
Room Temperature Control
A.

The hotel features a 2-pipe air conditioning system that can either heat or cool. Depending on the season, both functions may be turned off, and only the fan may operate. During the hot season, the entire building is cooled, and during the cold season, the entire building is heated. Therefore, it is not possible to switch between cooling and heating in individual rooms. For safety reasons, the windows in the guestrooms generally cannot be opened.
However, rooms in the Wing Building have individual air conditioning units, allowing for heating and cooling adjustments in individual room.

How Much Are Service Charges?
A.

A service charge of 12% of the total amount will be applied.

Q.
Checking-in and Checking-out
A.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.
However, this may vary depending on the accommodation package, so please check the details of your hotel package.
*If you plan to check-in after 12:00a.m., please contact the front desk.

Q.
Late Check-out
A.

An additional fee will be charged if you request a late check-out (an extension of the check-out time).
30% of room charge: Until 3:00 p.m.
50% of room charge: Until 6:00 p.m.
100% of room charge: After 6:00 p.m.

I Would Like to Send My Luggage Ahead. Where Should It Be Sent?
A.

To forward your luggage ahead, please send it to the following address:

*Please send it with the date of your stay and your name (guests’ names).

Can the Hotel Store My Luggage Before Check-in and After Check-out?

The hotel can store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Please ask at the front desk on the first floor.

Accommodation with Children
A.

“Baby cribs are available at no charge. Let us know if you would like one when making your reservation. For safety reasons, baby cribs can only be used up to 1-year olds. Guard railings are also available. Since there is a limited number, please let us know when making a reservation.

Children Sharing a Bed with Parents
Children 12 years old and under can share a bed with one adult per bed.
Up to 2 children can be accommodated in a twin-bed room. Rooms with a double bed can accommodate up to one child.
If you share with a child based on the conditions above, there will no additional charge.”

Is It Possible to Rent a Baby Stroller?

Unfortunately, we don’t provide baby strollers.

Additional Beds for Stays with 3 or More Guests.
A.

In addition to the regular bed(s) in the room, we can prepare an additional bed.
An additional (extra) bed fee of 3,000 yen (including taxes and service charges) will be charged.

*Extra beds are available in superior and higher category rooms.

Connecting Rooms
A.

Connecting rooms are available. Since the number is limited, please inquire when you book your reservation.

Free Internet access is available in guestrooms with both Wi-Fi and wired LAN cable.

Is the Hotel Barrier-free?
A.

We have one barrier-free room available. If you would like reserve it, please contact us at our Accommodation Department. Wheelchair access is also available in the restaurants. Wheelchairs are available for rent, so please make a reservation in advance. If you need assistance, please ask the front desk.

Can I Stay with My Pet?
A.

Unfortunately, we kindly ask that you do not bring pets, except for guide dogs or service dogs.

The Price of Breakfast

Breakfast is served at Haskap The Garden on the 1F of the Wing Building from 5:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

Adults: ¥2,800
Children (Elementary School): ¥1,400 / Infants (Pre-school age): Free
*The prices include sales tax and service charge.
